I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us. You made this Medicare process smooth and stress free (I was really dreading it). I’ll be back next year, of course, when it’s my turn to “get my card” as Tyrone has been gleefully calling it. I recently worked with Deborah on preparing myself for Medicare. I had so many questions and she had answers for each one and if she didn’t she researched and got back with me. I was most impressed when she looked at my prescriptions and waded through all the options and came back with the three best ones for me. I would highly recommend using her company. Deborah knows her stuff and is willing to spend as much time as you need to choose the Medicare supplements that work best for you.

Recently and unexpectedly my mother-in-law from Louisiana moved in with us. She needed assistance in transferring her Medicare plans from Louisiana to Texas. I was completely unfamiliar with Medicare, and had absolutely no idea where to turn to get more information. I called my own medical insurance agent to see if he might be able to help me. I told him I was wary of “salesmen” and was strictly seeking educational information. Quite fortunately he was able to refer me to Ms. Deborah Stewart. She is the primary for “Deciphering Medicare”, a Medicare consultancy company.
I called Ms. Stewart with no prior introduction, and introduced myself and explained the situation with my mother-in-law to her. She graciously agreed to speak with me right then if I had time. Ms. Stewart with her friendly and personable demeanor was an absolutely incredible font of knowledge!
We spent about one and a half hours reviewing all the various options available to my m-i-l because of her interstate move. She helped me to navigate through the Medicare.gov website. She also sent me information via email that allowed me to review all that information with my husband and m-i-l later that evening.
I very highly recommend that you consult with Ms. Stewart if you need any information about Medicare and all its twists and turns.

Finding a single resource to help us navigate our many Medicare options was difficult to say the least. Being new to Medicare we were overwhelmed with the many options from choosing plans, were our Doctors in that plan, prescription plan options, tiers for medications, special needs plans etc.
